Who We Are

Leighton Agency is a SAG-AFTRA franchised Arizona talent agency representing actors, models, voice actors and commercial talent for advertising, print, film, commercial and digital media campaigns.

Based in Arizona, we work with clients and talent throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas, while supporting projects nationwide.

[ Our history ]

Meet Ruth, our founder and leader

We were founded in 1988 by talent agent Ruth Leighton. We are not a company that has traded ownership over the years. We are a highly established small business built from hard work, commitment and a deep love for the industry and our place within it.

Decades later, Ruth is still on the frontlines of Leighton Agency, now joined by her son, Dustin. Together, with the support of their select team, they take pride in getting to know each client, project and talent, reinforcing the boutique approach that has distinguished the agency for generations.
